Haze Fax

Haze Fax / transmission

Nobody chooses to send a fax.

A clinic asks. An insurer asks. A court asks. So here you are.

The part everyone hates

“I sent it. I think. There is no way to tell.”

No confirmation

You send, and nothing comes back. So you send it again, then phone to ask.

Surprise charges

A fee turns up on the bill under a name nobody explained beforehand.

Per page, quietly

A ten page form costs whatever ten pages cost, and you find out after.

What you get instead

A record, not a hope.

The far end has to answer and confirm before a fax counts as delivered. That answer is what gets written down. Press the button and watch one go.

Awaiting confirmation

Pending

A demonstration. Nothing is sent from this page.

The actual thing

This is the whole product, not a rendering of it.

The delivery screen: 100 percent delivered, 38 of 38 confirmed, a 30 day activity strip, and the reasons any fax failed.
Delivery. What got through, and what did not
The inbox: faxes sent to your number, unread ones marked, each with its page count and the time it arrived.
Inbox. Anything sent to your number
The fax log: every send with its direction, counterpart number, page count, status and confirmation number.
The log. Every send, kept

Screens from the running product. The numbers in them are from a demonstration workspace, not a customer.

Start to finish

  1. 01

    Upload the document

A PDF, a photo of a form, a scan. It becomes a clean fax page.

  2. 02

    Type the number

Theirs. No cover sheet needed, though you can add one.

  3. 03

    Watch it land

The record fills in as it goes, and stays after.

Also

Half the things people fax are things somebody has to sign.

Drop text, date and signature boxes onto the page, send a link, and they fill it in on their phone. Nothing to install, and no account for them to make. The signed copy comes back with a record of who signed it and when.

Straight answers

How do I know it actually arrived?
Every send keeps a record: the time it finished, how many pages went, and the fact that the far end answered and confirmed. It is the reason this exists. Most complaints about fax services come from people who could not tell whether anything happened at all.
Do I need a fax machine or a phone line?
No. Nothing to plug in and nothing to install. You upload a file from the device you already have.
What does it cost?
Pricing is not published yet. When it is, the page count is shown before you send, and there is no charge that turns up later under a name you did not agree to.
Can I receive faxes as well as send them?
Yes. You get a number of your own, and anything sent to it arrives in your inbox as a PDF.
Can people sign what I send?
Yes. Put text, date and signature boxes on the page, send a link, and they fill it in from a phone. The signed copy comes back with a record of who signed and when.
Is it secure?
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and a signing link expires. We do not claim a regulatory certification we have not been audited for, and you should ask for that in writing from any provider that does.

Send the thing they asked for.

Then stop thinking about it, because you will have the receipt.

Send a fax

No machine. No phone line.
